The procedure is also called Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), vampire
lifting, blood and plasma mesotherapy.
Platelet-rich plasma is a concentrate of platelets in a small volume of
plasma. It is obtained by centrifuging blood collected directly from the
client before the procedure.
Mechanism of Action:
The platelet rich plasma injection method is based on utilizing the
body’s ability to regenerate. Platelets release a number of growth
factors necessary for skin regeneration, including PDGF, TGF-β1, TGF-β2,
VEGF and EGF. They stimulate tissue repair processes, stimulate
fibroblasts to create new collagen, support the process of creating new
blood vessels and activate stem cells. The treatment should be used in a
series of 3 or 4 injections for face, neck, cleavage or other areas
requiring regeneration. The number of treatments and the time intervals
between them are set individually. Indications for surgery
The treatment is recommended for people who want to do:
skin revitalization,
improving skin tone,
improving skin blood supply,
increase skin elasticity and tension,
smooth and reduce wrinkles and furrows
Needle mesotherapy with the use of platelet rich plasma is also
recommended for baldness and weakness of the hair. To achieve the
desired effects, treatments should be performed in series of a minimum
of 5 treatments. Treatments against hair loss can be combined with
mesotherapy treatments to strengthen the hair with the use of growth
stimulants.
What the treatment looks like:
Each treatment consists of three stages:
Stage I - blood collection. A client applying for mesotherapy using
platelet rich plasma does not need to be on an empty stomach. Blood is
drawn in a sitting position, and in sensitive persons lying down by an
authorized person. Blood is drawn from a vein.
Stage II - obtaining a platelet rich concentrate. Blood collected in a
sterile manner is contained in a special separator (container for
receiving PRP). Then the collected material is centrifuged in a
laboratory centrifuge.
Stage III - administration of platelet rich concentrate. Platelet-rich
plasma is administered in the form of injections of activated plasma
using the classical technique of mesotherapy, linearly along wrinkles or
skin folds. Correctly drawn blood, centrifuged and correctly performed
surgery do not carry any risk of dangerous complications. The appearance
of the skin after the procedure
Redness is visible at the injection site, which disappears after a few
minutes and is invisible under makeup. The next day, no traces of the
treatment can be seen. Contraindications
blood diseases
cancer
pregnancy
lactation
treatment with some types of anticoagulants
Mesotherapy with platelet rich plasma
Platelet rich plasma PRP (PlateletRichPlasma) is a concentrate of
platelets in a small volume of plasma. It is obtained by centrifuging
blood collected from the client’s vein immediately before the procedure.
Platelets release seven basic growth factors: three PDGF isomers (αα,
ββ, αβ), TGF-β1, TGF-β2, VEGF and EGF. Platelet-rich plasma also
contains proteins responsible for cell adhesion: fibrin, fibronectin and
vitronectin. How do growth factors contained in platelet rich plasma
work?
stimulate tissue regeneration processes
stimulate fibroblasts to create new collagen
support the process of angiogenesis (creation of new blood vessels)
activate mesenchymal stem cells
When to use platelet rich plasma treatments?
when there are signs of aging: wrinkles, folds, furrows, crow’s feet,
sunken skin, reduced skin density,
when the skin is tired, dry, weakly taut, its color is not uniform,
when we want the skin to heal and regenerate faster after treatments,
when you need to fill acne scars,
when natural products are sought or they are allergic to other
products.
indications
improving the appearance of the cheeks
nasolabial folds
around the eyes (crow’s feet, shadows), eyelids, forehead
mouth, chin
folds on the neck and neck
neckline
hand
as well as filling acne scars and male pattern baldness.
effects
smoothing wrinkles and folds
improvement of skin elasticity, tension and density
skin revitalization, smoothing and harmonizing skin tone
remodeling of collagen fibers
improvement of skin blood supply
acceleration of healing processes after aesthetic medicine procedures
Contraindications:
blood diseases
cancer
pregnancy
lactation
treatment with some types of anticoagulants (anticoagulants)
Security:
Correctly drawn blood, centrifuged and properly performed surgery do not
carry any risk of dangerous complications. Properly prepared platelet
rich plasma is an autologous preparation and as such is not a source of
infection by hepatitis, HIV or any other infection. There is also no
risk of intolerance, allergies or immune responses.
Results:
Smoothing, revitalizing and unifying skin color does not have to be
associated with costly plastic surgery. Anesthesia.
